Returns, refunds & exchanges
<dose> takes great pride in our quality. Each Product is hand made with care. We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your <dose> garment to prolong the life of it.
If you wish to return a Product without showing any reason or a Product which was faulty or damaged please follow process:
– Notify <dose> by e-mail email@example.com within 14 days from receiveing Order to obtain a “Return ID number”
– Provide a „proof of purchase” being either a bill or bank statement
– Return the Product in original condition (unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached) to <dose> office (address provided at point of contact) within next 14 days
– On International returns you must mark the shipment as ‘RETURN’ on the courier company’s consignment.
– Once we have received your shipment and checked its contents <dose> will then refund the price of the piece to you in full or replace the Product. Product returns are at Buyer’s expence and risk.
– Postage costs will only be covered if the item is faulty. The maximum amount of postage which <dose> can cover is 14.00 EUR
– Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by <dose>, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
<dose> can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting Your Return ID number.
– Please note we do not refund on sale items.
