All shipments are made from Poland via DHL courier. The cost depends on the choice of shipping method.
Standard 1-3 days – 15 PLN
Express Untill 12 PM the next day after shipping – 25 PLN
Standard 3-7 days – 14 EUR

All orders with a Russian address will be canceled.
Before sending your inquiry, please check the status of your shipment via DHL using the shipment number sent to you. If in doubt, please contact us at email@example.com with your Name and Address.
– Delivery address can’t be changed after an order has been sent.
– After receiving an information regarding a possible delivery attempt please try to contact the courier company and collect your parcel as soon as possible. After a 3 days period, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
– If the status of your DHL shipment is marked as ‘delivered’ but you have not received it yet, please contact DHL Customer Service directly and refer to your shipment number for identification purposes.
– Any goods which have been damaged during transit will be replaced when the defective product is returned to <dose>.
